Coca – Cola Beverages Africa has an exciting vacancy of Marketing Coordinator at one of our Mozambique Bottlers – Nampula Plant that is the leading producer of various flavors in Mozambique for the last 21 years. This position reports directly to the Country Channel &Trade Marketing Manager with no subordinates reporting to this position. The incumbent will be responsible to coordinate the activation in all different channels available in the region market such as General Trade, On Premise and Off Premise. Also coordinate all events sponsorship and activation.

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Coordinate the trade marketing campaigns and activities across all different channels to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands;
  • Support the development and communications of promotional plans;
  • Identify opportunities on a regular basis;
  • Coordinate the internal and external launch of new products and campaigns;
  • Plan, negotiate, coordinate and ensure the execution of events, donations and partnership agreements with real and potential sponsors;
  • Support the activations of others areas such Human Resources and Social Responsibility of the company;
  • Manage the Marketing Warehouse
  • Key support to the Sales Team: Training; Brand knowledge; Supply tools such as PIC

 

Skills, Experience & Education

 

  • Honours Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
  • 3 to 5 years of working experience on this role or similar position preferably with beverage experience.
  • Proven track record in trade marketing or similar area – including a knowledge of market trends and needs;
  • Customer focused, service orientation and leadership skills;
  • Drive license certified by Mozambicans authorities with at least 2 years of experience;
  • Computer literacy as user specially for Microsoft packages;
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English languages.
