Mozal is launching the 2023 Graduate Development Program. The program aims to train and develop Mozambican national graduates within the technical disciplines as shown below. The program offers unique opportunities for personal growth and career development for high achievers.
Of strong consideration will be your academic performance record and results achieved. Successful Graduates will be offered a temporary employment contract with Mozal, which will cover a 2-year training and development period. The development programme will include practical on the job exposure and experience in a specific department.
Graduate development opportunities are available across the Production, Maintenance, Engineering, IT, Finance, Supply, External Affairs (sociology/social development) & Human Resources departments and applicants should have recently completed their bachelor’s degree studies in the relevant fields from a recognised tertiary institution. Proficiency in English is an advantage and minimum of 13 marks of academic performance record is a requirement.
