Position Synopsis
Core Accountabilities
- Leads and support high impact initiatives on safety, throughput and cost delivered to support operational plans and involve working across multiple teams & interfaces.
- Monitors statutory/legislative compliance of relevant equipment to standards that are developed and governed by the Engineering Function.
- Condense complex strategic themes into digestible formats for written tactical reports and multi-level presentations.
- Drive the Improvement Initiatives to reduce costs and ensure Maximum Technical Capability is achieved.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience of which 2 years is in a Leadership role in a heavy Industrial environment, preference will be given to those with Smelter experience.
