Coral FLNG SA is the Special Purpose Entity responsible to develop and  operate Coral South floating platform (FLNG) .

Compliance & Reporting Advisor  

Role: 

  • The job holder is responsible to ensure accurately and timely production of reports and ensure that  all C&P processes/ operations comply with relevant procedures and OPIs. 

Main Responsibilities: 

Compliance: 

  • Coordinate Self-Assessment for C&P, and reporting compliance issues and follow up for remediation. • Monitor all submissions (for info/approval) to be issued to INP/Board of Directors/Tender Board.
  • Coordinate Compliance Moment with the aim to improve understanding of C&P procedures and OPIs.
  • Provide support to C&P Department to create/revise Procedures and OPIs.
  • Provide support during audits through timely provision of the requested information and making a  due compliance check. 

Reporting: 

  • Coordinate reporting (accurately and timely) for C&P Department: KPIs, Cost reduction, Local  Content, Traffic Lights, Contract listing and other reports on demand. 
  • Provide support to Vendor Management and Compliance Coordinator on another reports of Management, Key data, Compliance, etc. 

Other: 

  • Provide support to Vendor Management team on performing Vendor List, Due Diligence Checks, Supplier Registration and Qualification according to procurement plan and contract strategy.
  • Perform additional tasks, as required by the nature, specificities, and operational requirements of  the Company.

Qualifications and Experience:  

  • Bachelor´s Degree in Business, Engineering or Economics. 
  • CIPS Qualification would be preferred.  
  • Minimum 1 year’ experience in the requested area of expertise. 
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in oil and gas projects. 
  • Previous work in high complexity projects.

  • Demonstrate organizational skills. 
  • Problem-solving ability. 
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data. 
  • Knowledgeable and familiar with international procurement processes/operations and complex corporate and project governance. 
  • Knowledge of Commodity markets and price trends, various grades, qualities, and varieties of  materials, supplies, and equipment. 
  • Ability to be a team player, frequent interaction with other disciplines and third parties.
  • High ability to work effectively with people from multiple cultures and backgrounds.
  • High level of professional and personal integrity. 
  • Ability to produce concise and accurate reports. 
  • Very good ability to work independently when required.  
  • High fluency in written and spoken English, particularly for contract terminology.
  • Very good degree of computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
