Servtec /SBM is recruiting for its client, candidates for Customer Care Assistant positions based in Maputo.
Responsibilities
- Receive and record customer orders for delivery on day N + 1
- Create Orders in SAP
- Take customer anomalies and complaints
- Send anomalies and complaints to the maintenance department
- Give feedback to customers
- Track deliveries
- Check the plan sent by the Terminal to the carrier
Requirements
- Academic qualifications: College education
- Knowledge of accounting
- Methodical and very organized
- SAP system knowledge
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support
