Main Purpose
- Managing overall fleet program and ensuring delivery per planned timelines across Mozambique.
- Managing communications between different internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely program delivery.
- New customer identification and out reach.
- Customer complaint management/ vendor escalation.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities
- Timely delivery/implementation of overall fleet program in Mozambique according to planned timelines.
- Internal stakeholder alignment between the B2B and Retail team and managing sales credit discussions.
- Monitoring budgeted vs actual program performance.
- Increasing overall fleet footprint/market share for Puma Energy in Mozambique.
- Ensure that product updates and software releases are timely install in the all the Puma Fleet equipment.
- Managing and ensuring product training content delivery to dealers and customers.
- Responsible for pitching fleet program to customers across Mozambique.
- Synthesize and replay customer feedback on the program to the regional fleet program lead.
- New lead identification/support in local customer pipeline development and reporting it to the regional lead.
- Responsible for customer complaint management within designated SLA.
Experience and Qualification
- 5 years on fleet program.
- Experience on B2B.
- Commercial, Marketing degree.
- Specialization Marketing Courses.
- Minimum three years of experience in similar position.
- Bachelor in Science.
Competence
- Ability to generate Sales and Profits.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
- Team work attitude and behaviour.
