Vaga – Sales positions based in Maputo

Servtec /SBM is recruiting for its client, candidates for Sales positions based in Maputo.

Responsibilities

Prospect and acquire new clients through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building;
Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their advertising goals and objectives;
Develop customized proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of billboard advertising solutions;
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals;
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns, including artwork submission, billboard production, and installation;
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide clients with regular updates and insights;
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

Proven track record in sales, with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in advertising sales, media sales, or related fields.
Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, both verbal and written in Portuese and English.
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Creative problem-solving abilities with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
