VAGA – SUBSCRIPTION AGENT FOR MAPUTO

 

Funções ou responsabilidades:

• Sending collection notices to clients/brokers;
• Ensure allocation of awards received;
• Prepare and provide a weekly report on collections made;
• Providing excellent customer service and achieving a CSI (customer satisfaction index) higher than 75%;
• Ensure that all debit and credit transactions in the debtors report are correct;
• Prepare and maintain a monthly list of all cancelled policies in an excel spreadsheet;
• Ensuring that clients are informed of cancelled policies;

Requisitos ou qualificações:

• Accounting Degree or related areas.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Portuguese.

• Ability to make decisions within pre-established constraints;
• Ability to prepare reports in Excel;

• Accounting system (Primavera and Sage Pastel).
