We are looking for a dynamic and committed Human Resources Coordinator to join our Chimoio Factory team. This professional will be responsible for leading people management processes, fostering a productive work environment aligned with organizational needs. This role reports directly to the Business Partner of Human Resources and will have a significant impact on building a strong culture and developing local talent.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Skills, Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in industrial environments.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and best practices in people management.
- Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a team and focus on results.
- Proactivity, strategic thinking, and strong change management skills.
