ABOUT THE ROLE:
- This role is a permanent full-time position.
- The purpose of this role is to To provide effective operational and administrative support in the deployment of Technical Training and Learning and Development across Mozal. This is achieved through planning, coordinating, executing and reporting on HRD activities and events within an allocated area of responsibility. Provides input into the development of effective programmes and systems.
Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:
- Work closely with the L&D Lead and L&D Specialist in the preparation, scheduling and delivery of training for the allocated business area;
- Maintain effective working relationships with peers and colleagues from other sub-functions to support integrated and compliant execution of Training Administration activities in line with business requirements;
- Maintain Training Administration process for all training related activities (hosting, venues, data capture, filing, tracking, follow ups, reporting);
- Provide technical support to the eLearning System, assisting users as required;
- Coordinate Induction, including attendance, monitoring the standards of presentations, data capturing and reporting);
- Support, coordinate and execute relevant FRC/Process/Technical needs analysis;
- Monitor and report on Skills Matrix activities or requirements and maintain position training profiles;
- Source training providers to address technical training needs;
- Compile and Coordinate bi-annual training calendars;
- Initiate the payment process within allocated areas of responsibility.
ABOUT YOU:
You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:
- Prior experience in the training field or exposure within the maintenance discipline would be an advantage.
Qualifications for this role are:
- Relevant Technical Qualification / Diploma.
