  Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Safety and Environment

  • Comply with all Safety, Environment and Quality requirements, perform daily walkabouts, report and take action on non-conformances (Refer Policies) and Report Credit 360.
  • Maintain workplace safety, cleanliness and risk-free standards.
  • Ensure that the Traffic Plan is displayed at all relevant areas (Visible to FLT, Truck and Other Vehicles Drivers.
  • Verify and sign off Forklift Checklists Inspected by the Checker Operators and take action if safety and Environmental standards are not met (ensure FLT is maintained and Operated Optimally).

Quality

  • Enforce SLA with Quality by Using FEFO and FIFO were applicable, comply with blocking procedure.
  • Manage Costumer Complaints & returns related to quality issues with Quality Team.

VPO/DPO

  • Enforce SLA with Sales team and request concessions when required.
  • Enforce SLA with Packaging on quality of the FG (Pallet Check), Case count and DCBL.
  • Enforce SLA with Planning.
  • Enforce SLA with Distribution to optimize labour and transport sizing.
  • Set up daily counts with stock master.
  • Verify and sign off the stock counts performed by the operators, perform random counts daily and ensure that the warehouse is counted accurately, and stock take in done within the deadlines to optimize WH operations.
  • Conduct and run productive and proactive shifts and shift Hand overs, driving the correct PI´s, KPI´s, actions and VPO tools to achieve expected results.
  • Ensure end enforce efficient vehicle loading and unloading meeting required TCT standard by optimizing the use of bays and operations productivity.
  • Manage 3rd Party Labor staff (Data Base for Warehouse access control) and activities.
  • Communicate effectively in the workplace.
  • Contribute to self and team development (use of 1 on 1, PDP´s, Coaching & Recognition programs).
  • Manage direct report leaves and other relevant matters.
  • Participation in the delivery process before and after each shift.
  • Comply with the MCRS and Routines.
  • Use MCL / Interaction Log to Improve routines and Close Gaps.
  • Drive VPO in Logistics and live the ABINBEV culture.
  • Apply 5S principles in all areas.
  • Update the Stock Rotation Board Daily.
  • Perform Stacking Inspections Daily.
  • Updated the daily information (Safety, quality, Environment, Performance) on the daily logistics meeting Board.

Costs

  • Drive initiatives to reduce costs of operations.
  • Accountability on stock losses during shifts and conduct actions on Stock loss investigations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Accounting, Management Finance or Related Areas.
  • Years Experience: 3 Years
  • Experience Sector: Accounting, finance, stock management, inventory.
  • Software Proficiency: Microsoft office with good knowledge of excel, Credit 360, Stock Master.
  • Languages: Portuguese and English
